Will you be our new colleague?
Annual study trip
Coming with us to CERN?
Last year the whole team visited Bletchley Park, the secret computing center of Alan Turing. This year we're getting a tour of CERN. And there's still a spot left.
CERN

NCIM is growing fast. This year we are looking for 15 new engineers for projects at Defence, NATO, police, NFI and central government.

Here's how it works. No assessments, no case days, no five rounds of interviews. Just a few good conversations where we get to know each other.
01
Introduction
An informal conversation with Jessy. Who are you, what are you looking for, what interests you. Low-key, no commitment.
02
Technical interview
An online conversation with Shane or Koen about your technical background and experience. Not an assessment, just a genuine technical conversation.
03
At the office
You come to The Hague for a final conversation. You get to see the office, get a feel for the atmosphere, and we really get to know each other.
04
Offer
Is it a match? Then we make you an offer. And then it's up to you.

Curious?

We're looking for Java and .NET engineers, from medior to senior, who want more than standard IT: people who get genuinely excited about software that matters, for clients most engineers never get near.
